Job summary

BHAVYAM INFOTECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a technically adept software leader to sustain semiconductor test applications used in Automated Test Equipment.

You will guide distributed teams, bring-up devices on the production floor, and troubleshoot critical customer issues onsite. Applicants should have strong C++, C#, VB, Python, and Perl skills, with memory analysis and crash-dump expertise. You will coordinate engineering efforts, ensure software quality, and drive enhancements

Responsibilities

• Providing technical leadership and software sustainment support for semiconductor test software applications used in Automated Test Equipment environments.
• Coordinating & leading distributed engineering teams, assign technical work, monitor progress, and provide technical mentoring.
• Supporting production-floor activities, device bring-up, and onsite customer troubleshooting for critical semiconductor manufacturing and testing requirements.
• Driving software maintenance and enhancement activities across C++, C#, COM/ATL, VB, Perl, Python, and Windows-based application components.
• Serving as a technical interface between semiconductor customers, onsite engineering teams, offshore development teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Own the investigation and resolution of complex software defects involving performance, memory management, application stability, compatibility, and functionality.
• Leading customer escalation handling, technical analysis, defect prioritization, and resolution tracking
• Coordinating onsite support, defect triage, workload distribution and customer-facing technical support for semiconductor customers.
• Supporting software quality through code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, and automated test development.
• Performance troubleshooting, memory leak investigation, crash dump analysis, WinDbg-based diagnostics, and process monitoring.
• Contributing to maintenance of IG-XL software shipped with client Automated Test Equipment, focusing on Stopper, High, and Medium complexity defects
• Discussing customer enhancement requirements and technical use cases with stakeholders, then coordinate with design and development teams for implementation planning
