Job summary

A financial consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in core banking solutions, especially in Temenos T24 implementations. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex banking software solutions, requiring extensive experience in Payments, Java, and Azure Cloud technologies. A minimum of 16 years in financial/wealth banking domains is required, along with proficiency in Agile methodologies.

Job description

We require strong experience in core banking and/or private wealth management, specifically within Temenos T24 implementations. The ideal candidate should have at least 16 years of experience in Temenos T24 products as Technical Architect especially in Payments, Private Wealth Banking (Derivatives, Structured Products, Securities), Treasury Modules, Arrangement Architecture (AA), TAP, JAVA and Financial Accounting.

Responsibilities

1. Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end delivery of complex banking software solutions involving Payment solutions.

2. Integrate modules in core banking such as Equities, Derivatives, TAP, TPH, Payments, Structured Products, Securities, GL, AA Deposits, AA Lending, AA Mortgage, Forex, Financial Accounting, ATM.

3. Collaborate with external vendor for Design, development and implementation of TPH.

4. Involved in configuration of Business parameter tables. Validation of L1, Change requests delivered by vendor and raise defects with vendor if there are any issues / bugs provided by vendor.

5. Design and Implement KAFKA based streaming architecture to enable real time transmission of Payment events to downstream systems.

6. Define a Data contract for streaming CID and non-CID Payment events from Payment hub.

7. Must have Java and Azure Cloud experience.

8. Collaborate with Business Users (Clients), Product owners and technical team to provide Solutions for Business requirements within architecture guidelines. Ensure Complex Business requirements are translated and broken into simple and achievable user stories that could be developed by technical team within Sprint timelines.

9. Address Application development issues in a timely manner by collaborating with Business users and the development team - thereby ensuring quality deliverables within the specified timelines.

10. Provide SIT & UAT support for the User stories developed in Agile Sprint.

11. Must have experience in Data Architecture & Application Architecture.

12. Must have experience in preparation of detailed Solution blueprint foe end to end architecture landscape

Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

· Years of Experience: Minimum 16 years of experience in T24 wealth products.

· Domain Experience: Minimum 16 years of experience in the financial/ wealth banking domain, specifically in Private banking with exposure to Private Wealth products and lifecycle processing.

Good to Have

· Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like JIRA or Trello.

Technical / Professional Skills

· Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation & Temenos Wealth Suite projects, with a specialization in Core Banking and Payments.

· Strong product knowledge in T24 modules, Private Wealth Management, Treasury and Payment modules.

· Experience with Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements.

· Proven track record in delivering successful T24 Core Banking implementations

· Must have experience in TAP
