Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology & Data Governance to lead governance, risk and regulatory coordination across Prudential Financial Advisers Singapore. You will drive data governance initiatives, engage with stakeholders across technology and risk, and ensure remediation and reporting are effective.

The role requires 8–12 years in technology governance or data governance, with professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CGEIT

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, Risk Management, Business, or a related discipline.
8 to 12 years of experience across technology governance, technology risk management, data governance, data management, IT audit, or related functions.
Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is desirable.
Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT, CDMP, DAMA, ITIL, COBIT or PMP would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and maintenance of technology and data governance procedures and governance frameworks.
Coordinate internal/external audits, regulatory information requests, and remediation tracking.
Maintain oversight of open governance and data issues and prepare management reporting.
Lead data governance uplift, engage data owners, and maintain data definitions and metadata.
