Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in IT, CS, risk management or related field.
Proven track record in technology risk management within financial services.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and lead the enterprise-wide technology and cyber risk management framework.
Oversee governance and assurance processes for technology risk and changes.
Collaborate with first-line technology teams to challenge risk assessments.
Maintain awareness of tech trends and evolving risks for safeguards.
Establish subsidiary technology risk oversight within a group framework.
Develop risk appetite statements, KRIs, and thresholds for monitoring.
Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and best practices.
Partner with tech control functions to update policies and procedures.
Report promptly to executives, risk committees, auditors and regulators.
Drive improvement through stress-testing, monitoring, and incident follow-ups.
Lead and develop a high-performing technology and cyber risk team.
