United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) seeks a senior leader to guide a team of Client Advisors in delivering exceptional wealth management and client service. You will understand clients’ financial goals, provide tailored solutions, and drive growth across wealth management products and services.

The role requires a strong track record in wealth management, excellent communication, and the ability to lead through change in a fast-paced environment. CFP/CWM qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Accreditations: M1B, M5, CM-EIP (M6, M8), CM-SIP (M6A, M8A), M9, M9A and HI.
• 5+ years in wealth management, including leadership roles.
• CFP, CWM certifications are advantageous.

Job Description

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales and service excellence. Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals. Foster a high‑performance culture focused on collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients. Understand clients’ financial goals and provide tailored wealth management solutions.

Business Development

Drive acquisition of new clients and grow assets under management (AUM). Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute targeted campaigns.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Ensure full compliance with international banking regulations (e.g., FAA, FATCA, CRS). Proactively manage risks and maintain high standards of governance and ethical conduct.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders. Deliver holistic financial solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Possess relevant accreditation (M1B, M5, CM-EIP (M6, M8), CM-SIP (M6A, M8A), M9, M9A and HI) Proven track record of success in wealth management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and lead through change. Professional certifications such as CFP, CWM, or similar are advantageous.
