Job summary

WE Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Tax & Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to join the Wealth Management IT Hub. You will gather and document FATCA, CRS and QI requirements within Transact (T24), align processes across European and Asian sites, and lead BRD/FRD creation and UAT.

Strong liaison with Tax, Compliance, Operations and Finance is essential to deliver compliant solutions. The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, vendor coordination with Temenos, and the ability to drive end-to-end

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of FATCA, CRS and QI regulatory reporting for Temenos Transact (T24).
Experience with Tax/Regulatory reporting configurations and data requirements.
Proven ability to write BRD/FRD/Functional specs and conduct requirement workshops.
UAT and production support experience in banking/wealth management contexts.
Experience interfacing with Tax, Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

Act as a conduit between Front Office, Operations and Tax to improve STP and efficiency.
Gathers, documents Transact-focused requirements and translates needs into specs.
Coordinate testing of tax-driven changes and UAT with end users.
Collaborate with Temenos/transact vendors and internal teams to share knowledge.
Ensure global alignment of requirements across sites and regulatory regimes.
