Job summary

We Plus S.r.l. is seeking a Tax & Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to gather and document requirements for FATCA, CRS and Withholding Taxes across global sites in Temenos Transact.

You will act as a conduit between Front Office, Operations and Tax streams, drive process improvements, write BRD/FRD, and ensure regulatory reporting readiness across Europe and Asia with a focus on STP and data quality. The role requires strong analytical, SDLC/Agile experience, and ability to coordinate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• At least 7 years of Banking industry experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Expert knowledge of FATCA, CRS, QI and management of withholding and transactional taxes in Temenos Transact.
• Experience producing BRDs/FRDs/Functional Specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to challenge requirements.
• UAT and production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document Transact-focused requirements and translate into functional specifications.
• Analyze gaps and align solutions across sites with WMIS standards.
• Provide SME support for FATCA, CRS, and QI compliance within Temenos Transact.
• Coordinate testing including UAT with business users and end users.
• Support integration with external regulatory reporting platforms and data warehouses.
