BNP Paribas in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements, workshops and gap analyses within Temenos Transact, focusing on Wealth Management and regulatory reporting. You will translate needs into BRDs/FRDs, support FATCA/CRS/QI compliance, and drive design, UAT, and deployment across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data analysis, and hands-on experience with BRD/FRD writing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in banking as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Strong hands-on Temenos T24 / Transact expertise in Wealth Management.
• Deep knowledge of FATCA, CRS, QI, withholding taxes, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with customer static data, instrument reference data, securities trading, and corporate actions.
• Proven BRD/FRD or functional specification writing, plus UAT and implementation experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, business process analysis, and gap assessments.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, and detailed functional specifications.
• Support regulatory requirements within Temenos Transact (e.g., FATCA, CRS, QI, withholding tax).
• Analyse tax determination across customer data, securities trading, and corporate actions.
• Drive functional solution design, system configuration, integration testing, UAT, and production implementation.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Tax, Compliance, Finance, IT and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve STP, efficiency, and global process standardization.
