Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tanker chartering, vessel operation, or oil trading logistics.
- Strong knowledge of tanker markets.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong market awareness and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure vessels for spot and time charters aligned with business needs.
- Negotiate charter terms and finalise contracts, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Develop chartering strategies based on market insights and company goals.
- Manage relationships with cargo owners, shipowners, brokers, and charterers.
- Monitor freight markets and provide market intelligence to trading team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support charter execution and monitor performance.
