Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore is seeking an Executive / Project Engineer, Systems Integration to lead the design and integration of multi-disciplinary interfaces among electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compatibility with performance requirements across design, construction, testing, commissioning, and final completion.

You will review technical submissions, support Project Managers to resolve interface issues, supervise progress, prepare technical specifications,

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• Good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of electrical and mechanical works.
• Interest in project management and large scale infrastructure projects.
• Good communication, written and presentation skills.
• Team player who is analytical, resourceful, result-oriented and able to work independently.
• Those without working experience are welcome to apply; senior candidates will be considered for senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall process of ensuring multi-disciplinary interfaces among electrical and mechanical systems are compatible with performance requirements.
• Manage system interfaces and integration from project design through testing and commissioning.
• Review technical submissions and assist Project Managers in resolving design/interface/site issues within timeframes.
• Manage, supervise, monitor and report project construction, testing and commissioning progress.
• Assist in preparing technical specifications, participate in tender evaluation, and conduct design reviews of new rail transit systems.
