Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to lead multi-site, geo-redundant deployments and to craft high-level and detailed designs that guide implementations.

You will drive automation-first provisioning, config, patching, and upgrades, while owning delivery plans, risk mitigation, and cross-team governance. Mentoring and senior leadership are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering with at least 3 years in architecture or principal engineering.
• Preferred certifications include RHCE, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
• Willingness to travel for onsite deployments and cutover activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for multi-site, geo-redundant systems.
• Define reference architectures and champion automation-first provisioning and upgrades.
• Own delivery plans, risk mitigation, and testing validation across environments.
• Mentor engineers and conduct architecture reviews and handovers.
• Serve as Tier-3/4 escalation point and drive permanent fixes.
