Job summary

APBA TG HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Senior QA Tester to lead end-to-end testing efforts for complex software systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will design test plans, execute functional, integration, and performance tests, analyze defects, mentor junior testers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions releasing on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in system or software testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA methodologies.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of database testing (SQL) and API testing concepts.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively drive tasks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Availability to support night and after-hours testing, as required.

Responsibilities
