Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior System Engineer to join its technology team in Singapore. The role focuses on a broad Microsoft stack including Azure, M365, Server, AD, VMware, and related enterprise platforms.

You will manage and optimize global cloud and on‑prem infrastructures, implement Terraform automation, strengthen security, and support upgrades, migrations, patching, and DR/BC planning with cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of systems engineering experience in global enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 / Exchange, Windows Server, VMware, Intune, and enterprise backup technologies.
• Knowledge of hybrid identity, Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and AD Connect.
• Experience in infrastructure architecture, systems design, security, performance optimization, and automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, incident and change management.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Introduction

A leading multinational company (MNC) is looking to hire a Senior System Engineer to join its technology team in Singapore. The role covers a broad Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Server, Active Directory, VMware, and related enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

You will manage and enhance systems infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments, covering servers, virtualization, identity, storage, and associated infrastructure services. The role will also support upgrades, migrations, deployments, patching, performance optimization, and automation initiatives.

Working with cross-functional teams and external vendors, you will help ensure reliable service delivery and strengthen security, operational resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity. You will also drive infrastructure standardization and automation using tools such as Terraform, alongside security monitoring, vulnerability management, compliance, and proactive troubleshooting.

Requirements

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, with at least 6 years of systems engineering experience within global enterprise environments. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 / Exchange, Windows Server, VMware, Intune, and enterprise backup technologies is required, together with knowledge of hybrid identity, Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and AD Connect.

You should also bring experience in infrastructure architecture, systems design, security, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and automation. Familiarity with ITIL practices, incident and change management will be valuable. Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
