Tech Aalto Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support data center operations, hardware deployment, Kubernetes management, and network tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong Linux and Windows know-how and hands-on Kubernetes cluster management. The role involves hardware deployment in a data center, cabling, troubleshooting, and automation scripting to streamline deployment, configuration, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of infrastructure engineering experience in data center environments.
• Strong expertise in Linux and Windows administration.
• Hands-on Kubernetes cluster deployment and management experience.
• Networking proficiency including VLANs, IP addressing, routing and troubleshooting.
• Hardware deployment in a data center, including cabling and connectivity testing.
• Automation scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Operations & Hardware Deployment: Deploy, configure, and maintain data center hardware including servers, switches, storage, and HSMs; manage cabling and connectivity testing.
• Kubernetes & Server Management: Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters on bare metal or virtualized environments; troubleshoot orchestration issues; optimize performance and security.
• Networking & Security: Configure switches, VLANs, subnetting, IP addressing and routing; analyze network performance and resolve connectivity issues; work with security configurations.
• System Administration & Automation: Administer Linux and Windows systems; develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, configuration, and monitoring; enhance system reliability.
