Job summary

Qualcomm in Singapore is seeking a proactive System Analyst with hands-on .NET or Java development experience within an Agile delivery framework to support critical manufacturing and automation systems. The role requires translating business needs into scalable system solutions and clear technical specifications, serving as the onsite IT business partner.

You will collaborate with operations, product, and IT teams globally to design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications and interfaces

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience in System Analyst/Developer roles.
• Hands-on development with .NET or Java; REST APIs and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with system integration and production support for enterprise/manufacturing apps.
• Experience with Agile and CI/CD environments; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications with cross‑functional teams.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support applications and interfaces for manufacturing operations.
• Support system integration across MES, AMR/AGV platforms, equipment interfaces and databases.
• Analyze processes to improve productivity, traceability and efficiency.
• Prepare design docs, test plans, deployment notes and user guides.
• Collaborate in a global, multicultural SDLC environment.
• Provide application support, debugging, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Proactively own tasks and take on extra responsibilities as needed.
