Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT professional to manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive and Teams.

You will administer Active Directory, user accounts, access rights and security policies, and handle security features such as MFA, Conditional Access, Defender and DLP. You will also support network infrastructure, Windows devices, printers and Office, monitor performance, troubleshoot servers/networks/endpoints, and assist with deployment,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform system maintenance, patching, backup and recovery activities.
• Maintain proper IT documentation, system configurations and procedures.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Requirements:

• Experience with network infrastructure, firewall and VPN is an advantage.
