Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to lead end-to-end supply planning across purchasing, manufacturing, and distribution. You will mentor junior planners, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvement using o9 and SAP.

You will partner with stakeholders to balance service, cost, and inventory while translating strategic signals into actionable operational plans, ensuring timely execution and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in end-to-end supply planning, preferably in manufacturing/multi-site environments.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle) and APS (o9); advanced Excel and data handling skills.
• Knowledge of S&OP and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of accurate, efficient supply plans that align with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and financial targets.
• Serve as SME for product category, providing guidance and troubleshooting support to junior planners and stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks and lead mitigation strategies across materials, production, and logistics.
• Represent Supply Planning in cross-functional forums and supply review meetings.
• Coach and support junior planners in best-practice planning processes, systems use, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate demand into feasible supply plans in o9 and SAP, factoring in lead times, inventory targets, and production constraints.
• Plan for product introductions, engineering changes, and phase-outs in collaboration with Lifecycle Management and Product Planning.
• Champion the use of advanced planning systems and analytics to drive accuracy and speed in planning.
