Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned logistics solutions professional to lead RFQ/RFP activities, gather requirements, analyze data, and develop costed solutions.

You will design innovative warehousing, transportation, and supply chain models aligned with client objectives. You will also perform financial modelling, create business cases, and build compelling proposals to support recommendations to regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in engineering, supply chain, or business is required.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes, costing, and solution design is essential.
• Strong data analytics and financial modelling abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP activities from requirements gathering to costing and solution development.
• Design customized warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Translate operational requirements into scalable, efficient logistics models.
• Perform operational calculations, resource planning, and cost modelling.
• Develop financial business cases and pricing structures to support recommendations.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
