Job summary
TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Section Manager for Jurong Island, Singapore, to support the Department Manager in daily operations of the department and ensure efficient performance to meet production and supply chain needs.
You will drive on-time delivery, inventory control, cross‑functional collaboration with production, sales and finance, and lead continuous improvements in processes, systems, and tools while upholding ISO and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
- CSCP/CPIM/CPSM certifications are a plus.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to drive change.
- Strong regulatory and compliance awareness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- 5+ years in supply chain ops, including team leadership.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Supply Chain Section.
- Ensure on-time delivery and inventory control.
- Collaborate with production, sales and finance to manage inventory.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with laws, ISO standards and safety.
- Lead continuous improvement in processes and tools.
- Plan workforce deployment and guide teams.
