WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee daily supply chain operations in a manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes inventory control, supplier management, workforce planning, compliance, safety and continuous improvement.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, optimize processes, and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. The position offers a 5-day work week and welfare benefits, including transport support to Jurong Island.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in team leadership and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, inventory management and transportation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with good numerical/data analysis ability.
• Good knowledge of ERP, inventory management and logistics systems.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM or Hazardous Substance Management are an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Ensure on-time delivery and effective inventory control.
• Work closely with Production, Sales, Finance, Quality and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor compliance with company SOPs, laws, regulations, ISO and safety requirements.
• Plan and manage daily operations and workforce deployment.
• Monitor workflow, productivity and work quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to identify issues and improve processes.
• Promote cross-training, teamwork and knowledge sharing within the department.
• Implement and maintain 5S, housekeeping and safe working practices.
• Support process improvements involving logistics, procurement, inventory and transportation.
• Lead or participate in Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments when required.
