• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations management or equivalent.
• Minimum of ten years of experience.

• Strong manufacturing and production knowledge.
• Experience working with sub-tiers.
• Independent work style with minimal information.
• Experience in project planning and multi-sector coordination.
• Advanced MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong ethics, customer focus, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead visits at key supplier sites to analyze performance issues and coordinate improvements.
• Expedite critical parts at suppliers to avoid production disruption.
• Establish back-to-PO plans with harmonized balance lines and daily follow-up.
• Align with internal stakeholders and prepare supplier intervention mandates.
• Identify supplier improvement and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Drive supplier performance improvement plans with internal/external partners.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, and Operations on supplier development plans.
• Provide regular progress feedback to stakeholders on supplier support.
• Communicate effectively and escalate as needed.
• Conduct thorough capacity/capability onsite reviews and create action plans.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, approvals, and expense claims.
