Job summary

Brunel International S.E.A Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Structural Superintendent to oversee all structural construction activities on offshore projects, ensuring alignment with HSSE, quality, and schedule requirements.

The role coordinates contractor performance, interfaces across disciplines, and provides field leadership through fabrication, erection, pre-commissioning, and offshore readiness. You will lead site inspections, manage changes, mentor supervisors, and ensure works comply

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of offshore oil & gas construction experience.
Minimum 10 years in FPSO, offshore platform, shipyard, or major module construction projects.
Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor role.

Responsibilities

Ensure construction & commissioning activities are carried out per approved plans, specs and schedule.
Coordinate and supervise daily operations of your discipline at site, including workforce, materials and equipment usage.
Monitor progress against project timeline and take corrective actions to maintain schedule.
Enforce HSSE protocols and ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and standards.
Lead site inspections, tests and verifications of your discipline's scope.
Manage changes to your discipline's plan or scope during the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records of discipline activities and quality control data.
Mentor construction supervisors and team members to uphold high standards.
