Job summary

BRUNEL INTERNATIONAL SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Welding Engineer to lead welding activities for offshore and marine projects including FPSO, FSO, and related platforms.

The role demands deep expertise in welding procedures, qualification, and quality assurance, acting as the focal point among engineering, construction, QA/QC, and clients. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Materials, Welding or Metallurgy Engineering.
EWF/IIW Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum fifteen years’ offshore O&G experience with a company or contractor.
Minimum ten years in the capacity of a Welding Engineer.

Responsibilities

Oversee welding engineering activities across offshore and marine projects.
Develop, review, approve and maintain WPS, PQR and WPQ.
Ensure compliance with project specs, Class rules and codes.
Provide technical guidance to construction, QA/QC, engineering and fabrication teams.
Coordinate welders' qualification and monitoring.
