Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience, residential or mixed-use preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve structural drawings, calculations and specs.
• Ensure designs meet local codes, standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate structural works with architecture, MEP and other disciplines.
• Monitor schedules, resources and site coordination.
