Job summary

EXYTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to lead design and construction activities for industrial facilities.

You will contribute to design of concrete and steel structures, support project managers to meet budget and schedule, and prepare tender packages. The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of design and construction experience, site exposure, and proficiency with structural software such as STAAD-Pro, Prokon, and Orion.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering required.
3–5 years of design and construction experience.
Experience in industrial buildings with precast and long-span roof systems.

Responsibilities

Involved in design and construction management of civil and structural systems for industrial facilities.
Assist in design of concrete and steel structures.
Assist Project Managers to meet budget, schedule, and quality.
Prepare, issue and evaluate tender packages.
Coordinate with architectural, process, mechanical, electrical disciplines and quantity surveyors.
Address site issues related to design.
Liaises with consultants and sub-contractors.
Manages timely submission and approvals from local authorities.
Remain familiar with current practices and engineering trends and maintain technical competence.
Ad hoc duties as determined by management.
