Qualifications

• More than 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in agencies.
• Ability to analyse codes and data to derive strategic direction.
• Experience turning ideas into as-told plans considering platform, content, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Take client briefs and develop inspiring internal briefs and external proposals.
• Analyse consumer, competition, culture, and company data to derive strategic direction for growth.
• Turn ideas into cross-channel, calendar-driven plans with engagement, timing and budgets.
• Lead and mentor junior team members with professionalism and curiosity.
