Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of full-time work experience
• Relevant fintech and/or strategy experience; top-tier strategy consulting preferred
• Track record of excellence; above-average performance ratings prioritized
• Original critical thinkers with business acumen and ability to synthesize information faster than AI
• Curiosity over prior knowledge; interest in crypto space is a plus

Responsibilities

• Hit the Ground Running on high-impact projects in line with crypto/fintech markets
• Pricing analysis and monetization model design for products
• CLV optimization through campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value
• Strategic investment or partnership evaluation with a clear POV to guide decisions
• Think clearly and critically to pressure-test assumptions and uncover blind spots
• Apply the 80/20 rule to complex problems and deliver concise, actionable solutions
• Translate strategic thinking into immediate business actions with clear communication
