Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) invites a policy and technology professional to join the Emerging Technologies team. The role focuses on developing and implementing national cybersecurity policies for quantum, cloud, AI and related risks.

You will support strategy formulation, engage with government bodies, industry and international partners, and conduct analyses on strategic technology trends to strengthen Singapore’s cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in engineering, computer science or other technical fields.
• Experience with policy formulation and/or technology is preferred, with a background in cybersecurity or digital security.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, both in presentations and written formats.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in ambiguous and unstructured work environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies, masterplans and efforts to address cybersecurity implications of emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with technical and policy stakeholders in government, industry and international agencies to inform policy design.
• Conduct research and analysis on strategic trends in emerging technologies.
