Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
• MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years in manufacturing, semiconductor, or equipment-heavy industries.
• Experience in cross-functional initiatives and strategic supplier negotiations.
• Travel willingness 10–20%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, lead, and implement mid- to long-term sourcing strategies for high-value and/or high-complexity categories.
• Ensure alignment with business unit needs, technology evolution, and CapEx/OpEx or Direct Material priorities.
• Own key supplier relationships and drive performance in quality, cost, delivery, and innovation (QCDI).
• Act as sourcing lead in cross-functional teams involving R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
• Analyze cost breakdowns, market trends, and benchmarking data to identify opportunities.
