Job summary

JurongHealth Campus in Singapore seeks a Senior Strategic Planner to support the Corporate Planning & Performance Management department. You will help develop, execute, and monitor the corporate strategy aligned with NUHS cluster direction.

Responsibilities include leading planning processes, coordinating data systems, and reporting progress to senior leadership, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with departments to drive campus-wide initiatives and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree, postgraduate qualifications preferred in healthcare administration.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant.
• Healthcare management experience is an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial, administrative and project management support to achieve strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement campus-wide strategic planning processes.
• Monitor execution of strategic plans and report progress to senior leadership.
• Maintain systems to supply data for planning and strategy development.
• Collaborate with departments to identify trends, needs and opportunities.
• Lead annual planning and ensure alignment to priorities and long-term vision.
