Job summary
PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for the Strategic Capital Solution practice. You will help advise businesses undergoing stress by providing fundraising, strategic repositioning and operational restructuring guidance.
You will lead pitches, manage client communications and drive project delivery across SEA, collaborating with Partners and Directors while mentoring junior professionals to strengthen the team and expand client
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in structured finance, corporate finance, turnaround or value creation.
- 6+ years of experience across pitching, scoping, planning and execution.
- Experience leading pitches and engagements with Directors and Partners.
- Experience working with Southeast Asia clients.
- Strong client communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Scan the market for opportunities with partners and directors.
- Lead pitches and project execution under partner/director leadership.
- Manage day-to-day client communications, including travel when required.
- Shape and deliver projects to exceed client expectations.
- Mentor junior professionals and contribute to business development.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
