Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Strategic Capital Solutions team. You will lead private credit fundraising, structured equity, and restructuring mandates across the APAC region, coordinating with partners and clients to deliver complex deals.

You will oversee transaction execution, contribute to business development, and mentor junior staff, while leveraging PwC’s global network and data-driven insights to create value for sponsors, corporates and investors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in private credit, structured finance, leveraged finance, investment banking, restructuring, or corporate finance advisory.
• Strong experience managing complex transactions and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Solid financial modelling, credit analysis, and transaction structuring capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar), including agentic AI, and an interest in leveraging technology to enhance productivity, research, and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CFA, CA, CPA, or equivalent will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage private credit, structured finance, and restructuring engagements across the transaction lifecycle.
• Oversee financial modelling, credit analysis, due diligence, and transaction structuring activities.
• Advise clients on capital structures, financing solutions, fundraising strategies, and restructuring options.
• Manage relationships with clients, lenders, private credit funds, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Support fundraising and negotiation processes, including investor engagement and transaction execution.
• Drive business development initiatives through market research, proposal development, and origination activities.
• Review and oversee the preparation of client presentations, information memoranda, and transaction documentation.
• Coach and develop junior team members while fostering collaboration across PwC teams.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership, market insights, and cross-functional opportunities.
