Qualifications

• At least 7 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Minimum 5 years managing a team, experience with multi-store responsibility is preferred.

• Drive store profitability by developing strategies to increase key metrics.
• Lead, coach, and inspire teams to achieve KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure daily store operations run efficiently and comply with SOPs.
