Job summary

Lululemon Athletica Singapore is seeking a Key Leader to join our store leadership team across multiple locations. You will guide Educators, drive an outstanding guest experience, and oversee daily floor operations with a focus on coaching, performance, and operational excellence.

You will analyze store metrics, plan coverage, open/close duties, manage product presentation, and foster an inclusive, supportive team that delivers exceptional service and community programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail/sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach Educators to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support in-store transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust floor coverage to meet demand.
• Open and close store per checklists and ensure product presentation.
• Foster inclusive, respectful team environment and collaboration.
• Plan community programs and events to engage guests.
