Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Singapore is seeking a Key Leader to join the store leadership team. You will guide Educators, enhance guest experiences, and oversee all floor operations to ensure efficient, service-driven outcomes. You will lead by example, provide coaching, and use metrics to prioritize daily tasks.

The role emphasizes inclusivity, collaboration, and a strong guest focus, with responsibilities spanning coaching, performance management, and ensuring safe, seamless store operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Secondary School diploma, equivalent or above.
• Experience: 1 year of retail/sales.
• Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the store which you are assigned to.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support Educators, delivering an outstanding guest experience on the salesfloor.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and career guidance to team members and address performance concerns.
• Ensure a great guest experience, assist in-store transactions, and support omnichannel programs.
• Open and close the store following opening/closing procedures.
• Review business data and metrics to evaluate progress toward goals and adjust as needed.
• Assign Educators cleaning tasks to maintain a luxury store environment.
