Job summary

FairPrice Group is seeking a (Senior) Manager, Store Design & Projects to lead end-to-end store design execution across its portfolio. You will drive FF&E standardization, M&E integration, cost optimization, and enterprise-wide project management processes to deliver high-quality store environments for multiple formats.

You will oversee design development, vendor collaboration, procurement guidelines, and CAPEX management, while mentoring a team of store design and project management

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior store design, project management, and construction execution across multi-format portfolios.
• Strong technical expertise in M&E systems and FF&E standardization.
• Experience with cost management, budget monitoring, and value engineering for retail CAPEX.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end store design execution and project management across FairPrice Group portfolio.
• Drive FF&E standardization, M&E integration, and cost optimization.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality standards.
• Develop enterprise-wide processes and SOPs for design and project management.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team of store design and project management professionals.
• Collaborate with landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align initiatives.
