Job summary

Qualcomm Global Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to characterize and develop cost-effective manufacturing test solutions for Qualcomm SoC products using advanced ATE platforms.

You will create characterization and test plans, drive first silicon debug, analyze parametric data, and collaborate with design, DFT/DV, and hardware teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Characterize devices and develop cost-effective test solutions for Qualcomm SoC products.
• Develop ATE tests/routines/programs to execute test plans and drive yield improvements.
• Drive first silicon debug to qualify designs fabricated at external foundries.
• Collaborate with IC design, system engineering, DFT/DV engineering, and Hardware applications engineering across the globe.
