Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites applications for a Senior Staff Nurse position based in Woodlands. You will supervise and guide care staff, oversee patients’ health needs, and maintain care standards in a hospital or nursing home setting.

The role requires SNB registration, a nursing diploma or degree, and 3–5 years of nursing experience. You will work in a supportive multidisciplinary team on rotating shifts, delivering compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing; SNB registration with a valid practising certificate.
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience in a nursing home or hospital ward.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Responsible, meticulous and service-oriented with a focus on client care.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and guide Nurse Aides, Health Attendants and other care staff in delivering quality care.
• Oversee clients’ healthcare and medical needs, monitoring well-being and progress.
• Ensure appropriate care standards and procedures are maintained.
• Support clients during daily activities and mealtimes where required.
• Communicate professionally with clients’ families and caregivers, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide training and guidance to care staff to support effective care delivery.
• Prepare duty rosters and assist in developing care guidelines where assigned.
• Recommend and support programmes to enhance clients’ care, well-being and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a valid practising certificate.
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience in a nursing home or hospital ward.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Responsible, meticulous and service-oriented, with a strong commitment to client care.

Additional Information:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5-day rotating work week, on a 2-shift schedule
  AM Shift: 7:00am–3:00pm
  PM Shift: 1:00pm–9:00pm
