STMicroelectronics is seeking an experienced NPI/Project Management Leader to drive new product introductions from concept to high-volume manufacturing. You will unify customers, engineering, operations, quality and suppliers to deliver on milestones and commitments.

The role requires at least 10 years in manufacturing/process engineering and 5+ years leading cross-functional NPI projects, with hands-on experience in semiconductor assembly, packaging, OSAT or EMS. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading NPI or cross-functional projects.
• Experience in semiconductor assembly, IC packaging, electronics manufacturing, OSAT, EMS, automotive electronics, or advanced manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in industry evolution and technological needs.
• Proven track record managing multiple NPI projects from development through mass production.

• Lead end-to-end NPI programs from R&D/Div engagement through product qualification to production ramp.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive cross-functional teams to achieve milestones, quality targets and customer commitments.
• Serve as the primary focal point for Div during product development and qualification phases.
• Conduct regular project status reviews with management and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, change requests and escalation activities.
• Identify and resolve process-related technical challenges during NPI and ramp.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, technology roadmaps and market developments.
• Evaluate and benchmark new manufacturing technologies, materials, equipment capabilities and process innovations.
• Able to travel as required by business needs.
