About the Team

The Exchange Middle Platform team develops the core modules of the exchange, including the matching engine, real-time market data streaming, and market data analysis. It is the backbone of our industry-leading trading product, used by millions of users.

We are seeking highly motivated Java/C++ Engineers to join our cutting-edge team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize our systems, which are critical components of our technology stack.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designand implement innovative solutions for our full range of trading products including spot, future, perpetual swap and options.
• Build out real-time market data gateway.
• Performance optimization for overall trading architecture aiming for low latency, high availability and scalability.

What We Look For In You

• Expertise in Java or C++, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency, and system-level programming.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize low-latency, high-throughput and high-availability systems.
• Expertise in performance tuning, memory management, and concurrency optimization.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues using tools such as profilers, debuggers, and log analyzers.
• Ability to perform low-level debugging, including assembly language debugging when needed.
• Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, and network protocols

Nice to Haves

• Expertise in Java or C++, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency, and system-level programming.
• Experience in large internet companies, with a background in developing and maintaining high-availability, high-performance systems, and hands-on experience in supporting large-scale peak traffic scenarios.
• Familiarity withlow-latency systems, real-time applications, or high-frequency trading platforms.
• Knowledge ofmessage-oriented middleware, or asynchronous programming paradigms.
• Familiarity withDevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud platforms.
• Bilingualism is highly preferred (Mandarin and English) as the team will be working with stakeholders in different regions.
• Experience withAI technologies to improve efficiency.
