Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in backend or distributed systems engineering, including 3+ years as a Tech Lead.
• Proven experience building an SSP or Ad Exchange with OpenRTB integrations.
• Deep expertise in low-latency systems and performance profiling.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the architecture and roadmap for ad infrastructure.
• Lead the development of scalable auction systems and OpenRTB integrations.
• Mentor a high-performing engineering team.
