Job summary

Talentful is looking for a skilled Sourcer to join our Singapore team, partnering with high-growth technology companies to attract world-class talent. You will use a range of sourcing techniques to build pipelines, including Boolean search, and work closely with client stakeholders and senior recruiters to deliver a seamless candidate experience across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and Boolean search expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract the world's best talent to our client.
• Utilize deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and outside-the-box methods.
• Work with one client at a time to embed in their culture socially and professionally.
• Partner with top-tier stakeholders to demonstrate the value of strong talent practices.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience, collaborating with senior recruiters on top-of-funnel support and hiring events.
