Farrer Park Hospital is seeking a Senior Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound with high service quality, patient care, efficiency and productivity. The role requires performing full body ultrasound including vascular and MSK scans and doing on-call duties as needed.

Applicants should have a Bachelor in Applied Science (Radiography) or Diploma in Radiography and a minimum of 2 years' experience, with prior work in Singapore.

Formación

• Bachelor in Applied Science (Radiography) or Diploma in Radiography from recognized institutions.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Sonographer.
• Experience working in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all diagnostic ultrasound services according to SOP.
• Ensure examination is performed on the correct patient and observes safety rules and procedural consents described in SOP.
• Ensure accuracy in ultrasound reports and proper documentation of records.
• Ensure patients’ safety and well-being during and after the examination.
• Perform on-call and after-hours duties when necessary.
• Perform daily QA procedures on equipment per manufacturers’ recommendations.
• Perform any other duties as instructed by the supervisor.
• Able to perform full body ultrasound including vascular and MSK scans.

The Senior Sonographer will perform diagnostic ultrasound with high level of service quality, patient care, efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform all diagnostic ultrasound services according to standards described in SOP.

• Ensure examination is performed to the correct patient and observes safety rule and respective procedural consents described in SOP.

• Ensure accuracy in ultrasound reports and ensure all records are properly documented

• Ensure patients’ safety, physical and emotional well-being is taken care of during and after the examination.

• Perform on-call and after hours duties when necessary, ensure prompt response which is in line with the prescribed standard of the Hospital.

• Perform daily QA procedures on equipment according to manufacturers’ recommendations to ensure optimal performance of these equipment.

• Perform any other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

• Able to do full body ultrasound includingvascular and msk scans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Applied Science (Radiography) or Diploma in Radiography from recognized institutions or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Sonographer

• Has experience working in Singapore.
