Job summary

EducationPals.ai seeks a senior solutions architect to lead architecture discovery, design reviews, and proofs of concept for production workloads on cloud and AI platforms. You will advise executives on modernization, establish reusable reference architectures, and mentor field engineers across APJC.

Qualifications

• Lead architecture discovery, technical workshops, proofs of concept, design reviews, and production-readiness discussions.
• Advise engineering executives and other senior stakeholders on application modernization, distributed systems, AI architecture, and platform strategy.
• Establish reference architectures, architectural standards, and governance patterns that can be reused across customers and the APJC field organization.
• Mentor solutions architects and other technical colleagues working on complex customer engagements.
• Partner with sales, product management, Developer Relations, and marketing on account strategy, product launches, customer evidence, and technical content.
• Build effective feedback loops between customers, field teams, and product leaders, translating regional needs into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations.
