Boden Us is seeking a Director of Facilities Solutions to lead the development of innovative, commercially competitive and operationally effective facilities management solutions for regional and global opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of integrated FM solutions for strategic opportunities.

• Partner with business development during pursuit and bid activities.
• Develop value propositions for prospective clients.
• Coordinate stakeholders through the solution development cycle.
• Review commercial assumptions, staffing costs and investments for competitiveness.
• Present solutions to executives during workshops and proposals.
• Lead governance throughout the bid lifecycle for consistency and accuracy.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of business development, operations, commercial strategy and client engagement, responsible for shaping solutions that meet client objectives while ensuring successful operational delivery.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams through the solution development process, bringing together technical services, workplace experience, sustainability initiatives, asset optimisation programmes and support services into integrated client offerings.
