Job summary

Microsoft Operations PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Sr. Specialist, Solution Area Specialist for Cloud and AI to lead transformation strategy across Asia Pacific industrial accounts. You will partner with senior customer decision makers to align solutions to priorities and drive secure cloud and AI outcomes.

Role focuses on orchestration of solutions, stakeholder engagement, and growth across complex global accounts, contributing to meaningful customer impact and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/Business Admin/Info Security or related field with 6+ years in tech sales or account management.
• MBA or related master's degree with 8+ years; or 12+ years with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with senior customer stakeholders to identify, qualify, and advance complex sales opportunities aligned to business priorities and transformation goals.
• Develop and refine cloud and artificial intelligence sales strategies that address customer needs, market opportunities, and long-term business outcomes.
• Partner across organizations to orchestrate solutions, coordinate resources, and enable cloud and AI transformation for customers.
• Lead sales pipeline reviews and improve forecasting accuracy, opportunity management, and adoption planning across assigned accounts.
• Build trusted customer and partner relationships that support secure transformation, value realization, and sustained growth.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years solution or services sales experience.
