Job summary
ST Engineering Urban Solutions Ltd., within the Digital Platforms division, seeks a Senior Architect & Technical Manager to own the architecture and delivery of AGIL CityAI across web and mobile platforms. You will lead a high-performing team, drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and champion enterprise-grade IT/OT integration for smart city capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering.
- 8+ years in enterprise software architecture or distributed app development.
- 3+ years in technical management or engineering leadership.
- Experience in real-time command & control systems.
- Experience with microservice architectures and cloud-native apps.
- Proficiency with modern full-stack web stack (JS, React/Angular).
Responsibilities
- Own the technical blueprint and architecture for AGIL CityAI platform.
- Oversee end-to-end system design across IoT, IT, OT layers.
- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams and ensure high coding standards.
- Engage with client architects and executives to secure design sign-offs.
- Align vendor capabilities with platform objectives and data exchange standards.
- Create and maintain high-level design diagrams and data-flow maps.
- Govern system testing regimes (E2E, UAT) across web/mobile.
- Travel for international deployments as required.
