Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives. The role requires bridging business needs with secure, scalable technology, with emphasis on SIEM and Network Security tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to craft architectural designs, oversee integration with existing systems, and drive POC deployments while ensuring governance and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS, information security, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in solution architecture and implementation.
• Extensive design experience and security technology knowledge (SIEM, NDR, ATP/APT).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of technology solutions aligned to strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into tech requirements.
• Ensure integration, scalability, and security of new solutions.
• Plan and execute POC projects with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee product transitions and ITC readiness, including budget planning.
• Present plans through governance processes and secure approvals.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and defect/change requests.
• Manage go-live readiness and post-implementation monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable project execution.
