Job summary

PVH Corporate in Singapore seeks a seasoned Software Strategy, Architecture & Governance leader to define and govern enterprise software delivery across multiple platforms. You will provide technical leadership for C# development, SQL Server databases, and cloud-based solutions, ensuring robust design, testing, and documentation aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
8 years of relevant experience in software development, software architecture, or engineering management with enterprise software delivery.
Strong understanding of SDLC processes and engineering best practices.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 12207, and ISO/IEC 27001.
Experience with C# development and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar BI/reporting platforms.
Experience with cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure services.
Experience with REST API design, integration, and enterprise connectivity.
Experience with enterprise messaging and integration technologies such as IBM MQ and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure software development practices.

Responsibilities

Define and implement software engineering strategies, delivery frameworks, and technical governance processes.
Provide technical leadership for the project technology stack incl. SQL Server, C#, and cloud solutions.
Establish robust processes for design, development, testing, configuration management and documentation.
Lead software design activities and ensure traceability between business requirements, technical specs and architecture.
Oversee application integration using REST APIs, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration tools.
Guide development of software solutions including business rule engines and automation systems.
Manage SDLC: planning, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
Lead teams to deliver projects per scope, timelines and quality objectives.
Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, QA and operations for delivery.
Promote Agile and hybrid delivery practices.
Define QA practices including unit testing, code review, security scanning, and metrics.
Oversee reporting/analytics via Power BI and backend databases.
Manage defect resolution and root-cause analysis; drive continuous improvement.
Ensure solutions meet quality, performance and reliability standards.
