Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong microservices, authentication, and authorization knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira, GitLab, Jenkins.
• Proven Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, JSON experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers through the full SDLC.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and career development support.
• Foster an agile, collaborative, and innovative team culture.
• Define technical requirements and project scopes with stakeholders.
• Plan sprints, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Monitor progress, blockers, and risks.
• Contribute to architecture and system design decisions.
• Ensure software quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, security, and scalability.
• Promote CI/CD, testing, documentation, and DevOps practices.
